The Power of Midlife Transition is a 2.5-hour, experience-based workshop designed to help women in their 40s+ make sense of the physical and emotional shifts happening in this season of life, and walk away with grounded, practical tools they can start using right away.
This isn’t a lecture. It’s not a room full of slides and information overload. It’s a supportive, community-based experience that meets you exactly where you are.

Diana is a menopause and wellness coach supporting midlife women through the physical and emotional shifts of perimenopause and beyond. Her approach is warm, evidence-based, and deeply practical, helping women reconnect with their bodies and rebuild energy in a way that’s sustainable for real life.
Christina Wong — Journey Back to Self
Christina works with women navigating identity, boundaries, and self-reconnection during life’s pivotal transitions. Her work creates space for women to come back to themselves, with compassion, honesty, and community.
Together, they’ve created an evening that bridges the physical and emotional experience of midlife in a way that’s grounded, accessible, and genuinely supportive.
