This is my signature 12-week coaching program for women navigating perimenopause and menopause who are done guessing and ready for a plan that actually makes sense.
We don’t start with a generic protocol. We start with looking at the full picture, where you are now, what’s working for you, what’s not working and what your goals are for future you. Then we build a clear plan from there.

Hi, I’m Diana
I know what it feels like to be doing everything right and still feel like nothing is working. The weight shifting for no reason. Waking up at 3am with the most random thoughts that don’t want to stop. The brain fog that makes a simple conversation feel like an effort. I was in perimenopause and had no idea and for a long time, no one could piece it together for me either.
That experience is what changed everything. I got curious, dove into the research, and eventually became a Certified Menopause Coach and Yoga Instructor because I wanted to build something I wished I’d had. A clear, practical, personalized approach that actually made sense of what was happening in my body, and supported my lifestyle. Not some generic program promising me that I would be in the best shape of my life in 30 days.
Today I work with women who are exhausted, overwhelmed, and ready to stop guessing. I help them understand what their body is telling them and create a realistic plan that fits their real life, to help them reach their goals. (not every woman wants to ” lose 20 lbs in 30 days”.
I also host Midlife Laughs & Lattes, a monthly women’s gathering in the Woodbridge/Vaughan area, because sometimes what we need most is a room full of women who just get it.
