I know what it feels like to be exhausted, anxious, and completely unlike yourself, trying everything and wondering why nothing is working. For a long time, no one could piece together what was happening to me. I was in perimenopause and didn’t know it.

That experience is what drives everything I do. I became a menopause coach because I didn’t want other women to feel as alone and confused as I did during that time.

Today I work with midlife women who are overwhelmed, running on empty, and ready to finally understand what their bodies are telling them. I help them cut through the noise, identify what’s draining their energy, and create a realistic, personalized approach to feeling better, without making it more complicated than it needs to be.
